Hi there! :DI’m an illustrator, designer and classically trained animator from CCAD, currently working as an independent and freelance artist. I’ve held positions at several studios in Columbus Ohio and I’m also the lead artist for the collaborative studio I run with my partner, AR.GI.BI. Creative Studio.Things I hold dear are video games, animation of all kinds and I have a deep connection with animals. Personally I feel most at home creating works featuring vivid colors and incorporating vintage aesthetics with cute animal characters. I have found they make for the perfect theme as I explore who I am and where my artistic journey is taking me.

TERMS OF SERVICE

COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICEGENERAL TERMS
-I reserve the right to update and modify these terms at any time-Accepting a commission with me means you agree to all terms here-You must be 18+ in order to commission-I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason-Commissions are for personal use and not meant for commercial use. All characters are copyright and belong to their respective owners. The artwork copyright is retained by the artist (BLUEHALO) unless agreed upon otherwise, but personal use rights are given to the commissioner. Please feel free to post, print and use the art for yourself as you like! :3 Just please don't mass produce the work! If you need artwork for commercial use let me know so we can discuss terms-Please feel free to post the artwork anywhere you like! Link backs are not required but always very much appreciated! ❤-References are not required, however they are very helpful. If you can provide me with a character reference as well as any other reference images for expression, theme, color and pose it will help me more accurately create the piece you've envisioned! Please understand I may not be able to accurately represent your character to detail without one, but I will do my absolute best!-Please be ready with a general idea to help me with your piece! It can be very general if you're unsure, and I'm more than happy to work with artistic freedom too! But if you have any thoughts, ideas, emotions, poses, clothing, objects/items and themes they help me make a piece that works for you personally!-All artwork is done digitally and a digital print file and web-based version for posting online for personal use will be included as part of the commission. A physical print or other item can also be purchased as part of the commission if interested!-Major edits can only be made during first stage and kept to no more than two rounds of edits to help complete the work in a timely manner for you. Minor edits are welcome in the other stages but please keep them to one round of edits per preview. Additional edits can be made for additional charges depending on the edits we agree upon. If I missed details clearly shown in a reference or description received by you during the first stage I will happily update these details free of charge! For more info about stages please continue reading to the PAYMENT section :3-All work includes flat color, simple line color and a simple background consisting of a flat color, simple texture or design/pattern with a single character. Background elements, additional characters or heavy detail may be an additional cost.-Please do not alter or remove my signature/info from the artwork! I'll do my best to keep it subtle for you so it does not distract from the overall piece.-If you have any questions or concerns please ask! My art focuses on animals, furry/anthropomorphic characters and graphic design works and illustrations. I am able to do work based on other things but these are what I prefer to draw.NSFW themes, nudes and soft-core things are perfectly fine, but I won't do artwork containing hardcore explicit scenes. I'm not good at illustrating them and you would most definitely get a better piece from an artist who knows those better. If you're concerned about your idea, feel free to ask! Work based on hate of any sort will be denied however.PAYMENT + WORKFLOW

Lineless Color, Comic Tone, Cel Shading and Full Digital Painting/Rendering are available at additional cost and will vary depending on the detail required. Background elements, additional characters or heavy detail may also be added for an additional charge to be agreed upon.I may offer discounts if I'm allowed to use the artwork for my own merchandise or if I really enjoy the idea!Commissions are done in three parts:
First Stage - Initial sketch and design for the artwork
Second Stage - Inked lines and flat colors
Third Stage - Final color and finishing touchesA third of the payment is due for each of the three stages at the start of each one to be flexible with payment and also help in case of cancellation of the commission. While payments are non-refundable, no additional payment is owed in the case that a commissioner would like to cancel. For example, if the work is on the first stage and you would like to cancel, only the first payment is paid and all work up to that point will be handed over. Additional edits are available upon request and agreement for additional charges.I may work on your piece while live streaming and will post the completed commission to my social media and website unless asked not to. If you would like to keep the commission anonymous or completely private please let me know before hand! I will most definitely honor your request! ❤In the case that a commission is fully paid for up front and a cancellation is requested, the amount for uncompleted stages will be refunded. For example, if the commission is on stage one, the amount for stage two and three will be refunded. If the commission is on stage two, the amount for stage three will be refunded.If a commission is cancelled all work that is currently completed will be handed over to the commissioner. If cancelled during the first stage what has been completed on the sketch will be sent. If cancelled during the second stage what has been completed on the line art and color will be sent. Unfortunately cancellations during the third stage cannot be made since it's the final payment stage. A cancellation will be considered as an end to the work at the stage it's cancelledI currently accept payment via PayPal as "Payments for services and goods". Once the commission is agreed upon and accepted I will send over a PayPal invoice to begin work. Work begins on each stage as soon as payment is received. All pricing is based in USD, I will accept payments that PayPal or other payment processors will convert to this currency pricing. Thanks!Timing between updates may vary, but I ask for at least two weeks between each one or as agreed upon individually depending on the commission. I apologize for my speed and thank you so much for understanding!NOTICE: I may also update these terms at any time, but will most certainly do my best let you know, especially if we're working together on a commission. If I feel that these terms aren't being followed, I will discuss it with you to see if we can come to agreement, and I reserve the right to end the commission at the stage it's currently in if no agreement can be made. Refunds will only be made for incomplete stages of work. Agreement to these terms are needed to begin work.
